Former probate and family judge Shana Lahti. From the start of her career in the court system through her days as a lawyer, she saw people without legal representation when they would have been well served by it — and those with legal representation when they could have completed the process on their own. Her limited-scope services are much more more affordable than traditional representation.
Shana held various positions in the Probate and Family Court System since 1986, had a private practice for five years, and served as the Ogemaw County Probate and Family Court Judge for 14 years.
